Lead Teacher
Job Description:

Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
-
Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities
-
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
-
Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
-
Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals
-
Track childrens’ progress and report to parents
-
Help children reach developmental milestones
-
Collaborate with others to implement lesson plans
-
Encourage children to interact with each other to develop social skills
-
Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
-
Facilitate various activities for children including songs, games and storytelling, integrating Biblical, Christian content.

Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications:
​
-
Has an active relationship with Jesus Christ.
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field such as a CDA (Child Development Associate)
-
1-3 years relevant experience

Teacher's Assistant
Job Description:

Implementing the Teacher’s lesson plans and maintaining daily classroom schedules

Supporting each child’s social, emotional and intellectual growth and development

Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children at all times

Using a variety of instructional and assessment strategies, as directed by the Teacher, to meet individual student needs

Assisting students with assignments or difficult concepts

Job Qualifications:

Has an active relationship with Jesus Christ.

Be at least eighteen years old; and possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
